our major in making plastic cutlery mould, like spoon mould, knife mould, fork mould, coffee stick muold. plastic pizza table mould, plastic plate mould, thin wall container mould, IML container  mould.

cutlery mould cavities number from 10-64 cavities,thin wall container mould from 2-6 cavities. 

cutlery mould run normal speed machine, cycle time about 14-15S each shot, run high speed machine cycle time can be 7-9S. thin wall mould run on high speed machine, cycle time about 4-6S

we use steel H13 / S136 / 2344 / SKD11. do vacuum hardening 46-48degree, also 50--52 degree.
